Micah Clatterbaugh represents private sector labor unions in federal and state litigation, administrative proceedings, general advice, and contract negotiations. He also represents Taft-Hartley benefit plans in litigation and arbitration.
Prior to joining Leonard Carder, Micah litigated individual employee civil rights and tenant rights. Instead of law school, he apprenticed to become a lawyer while working as a civil rights paralegal. He completed the apprenticeship and was admitted to the California bar in 2017. Micah’s forthcoming book is a guide for anyone interested in becoming an attorney in California without attending law school.
