Giselle Olmedo

Giselle Olmedo joined Leonard Carder as a Public Interest Diversity Fellow in March 2015.  She represents low-wage workers in wage and hour class actions.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Legal Aid at Work in San Francisco in the Work & Family, Gender Equity, and Wage & Hour practice groups. Giselle earned her Juris Doctorate degree from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2013. During law school, she interned at the East Bay Community Law Center in the Neighborhood Justice group, participated in the California Asylum Representation Clinic and served as co-chair of the Women of Color Collective.

Giselle is a member of the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  She is fluent in Spanish.
