Mollie joined Leonard Carder as an Associate Attorney in January 2015 after practicing Labor and Employment law in southern California and election law in Washington, DC. She has counseled and represented unions and employees in arbitrations, labor, employment, and litigation matters. She also represents boards of trustees of multiemployer health and welfare plans and defined benefit pension plans on a variety of ERISA compliance issues as well as participant issues.
Mollie earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the George Washington University Law School. During and after law school, Mollie worked as legal intern in the Bronx, DC, and Johannesburg, South Africa. She also completed a summer program at The University of Oxford, with a focus on women’s rights. Prior to law school, Mollie worked in regulatory affairs for a medical device company, focusing on compliance and quality assurance. She earner her Bachelor of Arts in English and Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Mollie is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the American Bar Association. She speaks Spanish and is (slowly) learning French.
