Lindsay Nicholas joined the firm as an associate in August 2010. Her practice includes multiemployer pension and health and welfare plan work, QDROs, and ERISA litigation. She also represents labor unions in all aspects of labor relations, including arbitration and general litigation matters.
Ms. Nicholas graduated from UCLA with a degree in Political Science and Labor Studies, and she graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law. During law school, she participated in the Employment Law Center’s Workers’ Rights Clinic, worked on wage and hour cases at the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic, and was a Peggy Browning Fellow at UNITE HERE Local 2.
Ms. Nicholas is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice in all California Federal District Courts and the Ninth Circuit.
