Jennifer Keating is a partner at Leonard Carder. She represents unions in collective bargaining negotiations, contract enforcement and arbitration, administrative proceedings before the California Public Employment Relations Board and the State Personnel Board, and litigation in state and federal court. Jennifer also represents workers in individual and class action wage-and-hour litigation.
Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Jennifer represented a variety of private and public sector unions in Toronto, Canada. Remarkably, she prefers the winters in California.
