Ms. Ross practices in the areas of labor and employment law, representing workers in a wide variety of industries including longshoremen, hotel and restaurant employees, clerical and health care workers, exotic dancers and traveling sales-men.

Her specialties include litigation and advice in the areas of wage and hour law, prevailing wage enforcement, sexual harassment, race, sex and disability discrimination and class actions.

She spends most of her time outside the office with her partner and two small children.
